TooFar is developed by individual developer Yuxuan Wang. This policy explains how the TooFar iPhone and Apple Watch apps handle information.
Information we collect
TooFar does not require an account and does not collect, upload, sell, or share personal information with the developer. It does not collect your location.
How device features are used
Bluetooth is used to maintain the protection connection between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Notifications are used to show separation alerts on Apple Watch. WatchConnectivity transfers setup status, test results, and diagnostic events between your own paired devices.
Local diagnostics and storage
Protection preferences, onboarding progress, and recent diagnostic events may be stored locally on your devices. Diagnostic information is not sent to the developer automatically. You can remove it by deleting the app.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process transaction and account information under Apple’s own privacy policy. TooFar receives only the purchase entitlement needed to unlock protection.
Third parties and children
TooFar contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app changes. The current version will remain available here. Questions may be sent to toofar2026@yeah.net.
